GrudBye is a vegan lump care ointment whose active ingredients have been shown to soothe inflammation, promote skin regeneration and fight bacterial and fungal infections.Dense formula forms a protective layer to keep skin dry.

How to use lump care ointment

Thoroughly wash and dry the skin, especially in the areas affected by the lump.Apply a generous layer of ointment to the affected skin.Do not rub in, let the ointment absorb and then let it dry, do not scrape off.It is recommended to use protective gloves.Perform a sensitization test before first use.

Intervention use: daily for 7 to 10 days, then prophylactically 1 to 2 times a week.Preventive use: 1 to 2 times a week, especially after contact with moist ground.In case of a large number of scabs, call a veterinarian.

Composition and operation

Urea strongly moisturizes and softens the skin, preventing cracking.Facilitates exfoliation of dead skin, which aids regeneration of skin affected by the lump.

D-panthenol (provitamin B5) soothes irritation and inflammation, accelerates wound healing.

Zinc oxide and zinc sulfate promote healing, act as an anti-inflammatory and help keep skin dry in affected areas.Pharmaceutical silicone forms a protective layer against moisture.

For which horses and when to use

The ointment is intended for horses with symptoms of lump, i.e. red, flaky skin in the fetlock area.It also works well as a preventive measure for horses exposed to wet ground, especially in autumn and winter.Does not contain doping substances.
